BACKGROUND

I am admitted to practice before all Georgia trial and appellate courts, all Georgia Federal District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.  I regularly handle cases in counties all across Georgia.

Immediately after graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1981, I started with a law firm in Atlanta that worked almost exclusively for insurance companies.  I learned firsthand how insurance companies handle personal injury cases, and what it takes to build a successful claim.
